Bedford Justice Court Information for People Accused of Crimes

When someone is arrested in Bedford, and if he is not simply given a desk appearance ticket to appear at court in the future, that person may be held for arraignment (first appearance).

A judge will be brought to the Bedford courthouse to preside over the criminal court arraignment. At the arraignment, the judge will decide whether to set bail.
